IS THE COVERAGE TIME CONTINUOUS?
Yes! once we start the service we cannot stop. For example if you have 8 hours of videography and we start at 2:00 pm the service will be done at 10:00 pm. (Driving time counts).
HOW DO YOU DISTRIBUTE THE COVERAGE TIME?
Usually our most popular package is 8 hours, where we use 2 hours for you "getting ready", an hour for the ceremony, and 5 hours for the reception.
HOW MANY LOCATIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?
Locations are unlimited, during your coverage we'll follow you anywhere you go (Hotel, Church, Venue etc.)
DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE DRONE FOOTAGE?
Yes! We love to include amazing aerial footage in our videos, your highlight will include a beautiful general view of your venue, and a few shots of the couple from the air!
DO YOU RECORD OUR WEDDING VOWS AND SPEECHES? DO YOU USE MICROPHONES?
Absolutely! this is our favorite part, we use professional/wireless microphones to get your vows perfectly at the moment of the ceremony, and a professional recorder to get the audio from the DJ at the moment of the speeches.
WHAT ABOUT THE LIGHTING? DO YOU HAVE YOU OWN LIGHTING?
As a professional videographers the lighting is one of the most important things in a wedding. Because of this even you have a good lighting/setup in your venue we'll bring our own professional lights, we have different lights for different situations (hotel room, church, outdoor, venues etc.)
CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR VIDEOS?
Sure! This is one of the most special days of your life and for that reason we allow you to choose the music that is most special for you (even copyrighted music).
DO YOU OFFER A FASTER DELIVERY TIME?
Actually we do, for those clients who want their beautiful videos before the regular time we have our "Express Delivery", with this you'll receive your video gallery in only a week (Contact us for Pricing).
ARE YOU GUYS INSURED? DO YOU HAVE COI (CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE)?
es! We are fully insured (Liability Insurance) with His-cox up to $1.000.000. If your venue needs proof of insurance just let us know and We'll be happy to provide that for you.
DO YOU GUYS TRAVEL? IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE FOR TRAVELING?
We serve Miami and around up to 50 miles at no additional cost. If your venue is 50 miles or more away, $1.50 per mile will be charged. For coverage outside of Florida or international contact us.
ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR A PHOTOGRAPHER ?
Of course yes! we have worked with many other companies throughout our career and the truth is we love working as a team.
ARE WE PROTECTED WITH A CONTRACT?
Yes! For your peace of mind and ours, all our services are protected under a legal contract in which we include all your information and the info of the service you are hiring.
HOW IS THE BOOKING? DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We try to keep it quite simple for you, our entire booking process is online, after we get the green light from you we will send your customized contract and finally we will require 30% deposit.
DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Yes! We take most credit cards, but you should know that credit card payments apply an additional 2.9% fee for each transaction and you must also sign a credit card authorization.
WHERE CAN WE LEAVE OUR REVIEWS?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
As a leading Miami photography studio, we understand that life can throw unexpected challenges your way. Whether it's a canceled flight or unforeseen circumstances, we've encountered them all. That's why we offer an exceptional cancellation policy to provide you with peace of mind when booking with us. For all Miami-based photo sessions (excluding weddings and proposal planning), we offer an unconditional 100% cancellation guarantee up to 7 days before your scheduled shoot. If you cancel within 7 days or fail to show up without giving us 7 days written notice, 100% of the deposit becomes a non-refundable retainer. However, we're always delighted to assist you in rescheduling (when feasible) or provide a 1-year credit for a future visit to Miami. Your satisfaction is our priority.
